Howdy Friends and Fans! Lettuce chat about a quick summary of our two "famous" lettuce blends and a quick update for our new Fans at the Farm Stand. Since we've had the pleasure of making friends with some new folks, I decided we need to review our main offerings at the Farm Stand (and of course FC market). Everything we offer at Falls Church we offer at the Farm Stand. For a fancy menu-style view of what we offer, please visit our Market Quick Reference Guide.

Loudoun Lettuce is our signature blend of five or more sweet lettuces. It is our most popular item, and if you're new to us, I will always recommend you starting off with a bag of Loudoun Lettuce. These lettuces may include, but are certainly not limited to the following: red or green butterhead, red or green romaine, red or green oak leaf, large leaf (Tropicana as some know it), red or green lollo, and our super crunchy newest variety. This comes together to make a fantastic seven ounce bag or one pound bag of Loudoun Lettuce.

European Blend starts off with our Loudoun Lettuce as a base. Then we add arugula, watercress, and red-vein sorrel. This blend shows off a peppery, cressy, citrusy bite that you just can't beat. European Blend is also available in our seven ounce bag and one pound bag. Important note for our Euro: if you come to the Farm Stand to purchase Euro, please understand that it is usually only available on Friday (sometimes in the Honor Cooler on Saturday), as we harvest the herbs for the blend late in the week. Very rarely will I have any Euro available before mid-morning on Fridays. In fact, if you show up before Friday and ask what the difference between Loudoun and Euro is, I will tell you the main difference is that I don't have any Euro made. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding about that.

One more note for Farm Stand customers. Yes! We offer microgreens at the Farm Stand. Our microgreens crop is also something we cut late in the week, and we will have our micros selection available for you on Fridays. We do NOT grow sprouts.

Friends and Fans, that about sums it up. We're so appreciative of all the support y'all are giving us, and we all shout "Thank You!" for trusting us to feed your families. As always, if you have any questions, please reach out and we will do our best to get you what you need. Lettuce Chat again soon!
